This document entitled “Terms and Conditions” constitutes the legal agreement between you as a Client, User, and\/or Visitor and MAXT INNOVISTA S.R.L., regarding the use of the Site, ordering a GDPR policy, accessing and using the Site’s facilities, etc. For the compliant use of the Site, we recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions beforehand. Accessing and visiting the Site, registering a user\/client account, as well as placing an order, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
\nIn order to easily access the products we provide, you must unequivocally and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, even partially, please do not use the Site. Furthermore, if at any time these Terms and Conditions are no longer accepted by you, please immediately cease accessing and using the Site.
\nThe Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice. The changes and information regarding their validity will be posted on this site to inform those interested\/affected. Users, Visitors, and Clients must refer to the rules, rights, obligations, procedures, etc., provided by the Terms and Conditions in the format valid at the date of interaction with the Site, without any obligation on the part of MAXT INNOVISTA S.R.L. to inform them individually about updates and\/or modifications.<\/p>\n
Placing an order is done by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout process.
\nSimply adding a product to the shopping cart will not automatically lead to the reservation of that item. Likewise, adding a product to the customer cart without finalizing the purchase procedure will not result in the conclusion of a valid contract; accordingly, we will have no obligation to deliver that product.
\n– An order will be considered finalized only after completing all steps in the Checkout\/Billing Data menu and only after the full payment of the price of the products or services you have chosen is confirmed. Payment will be considered made when our account is credited with the amount corresponding to the products or services purchased by you.
\nBy finalizing the order, the client confirms that the data provided is correct and that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
\nThe Buyer receives an automatic confirmation via e-mail. The final confirmation of the order is made later via e-mail, SMS, or phone.
\nThe contract is considered concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order.
\nThe Seller may refuse an order if:
\n– the product is not in stock,
\n– the data is incomplete,
\n– there are suspicions of fraud,
\n– the payment is not validated.
\nThe Seller is not obliged to deliver unconfirmed orders.<\/p>\n
All prices are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON) and EURO and include VAT.
\nPrices do not include delivery fees, which are displayed separately on the checkout page.
\nPayment methods:
\n– Cash on delivery (card or cash to the courier)
\n– Online card payment (secure payment)
\nThe site does not store bank card data.<\/p>\n
According to GEO 34\/2014, the client has the right to return products within 14 calendar days. Products benefit from a commercial warranty of 12 months, according to Law 449\/2003 and GEO 140\/2021. The Seller does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted operation of the site. The content of the site is the property of MAXT INNOVISTA S.R.L. Neither party is liable for the non-performance of obligations if it is due to a force majeure event: calamities, pandemics, conflicts, or restrictions imposed by authorities.<\/p>\n The terms are governed by Romanian legislation. \n– Return costs are borne by the client, with exceptions provided by law.

\n– personalized products,

\nThe warranty covers manufacturing defects.
